Implied Consent – What Does It Mean?

Implied consent means that you have not expressly agreed to be tested, but the consent is inferred from your license application and the fact that you are driving on public roads. This is probably the part you must know for your driver’s license or permit test exam. If you refuse to take a test, you risk losing your driver's license, permit, or privilege to drive! Your license or permit will be suspended, revoked or denied depending on the laws in your state.

Alcohol, Gender, and Body Fat

One thing that is not commonly known, but often mentioned, is that gender is one important factor that determines how much alcohol winds up in your bloodstream.
