The passing score in Missouri is 80%. It means you should answer at least 20 out of 25 questions correctly to pass this practice test. The safest tactic, however, is to aim for a full score. Take as many tests as you need to feel comfortable with all answers. Learn by your mistakes. If needed, use the DMV Driver Guide and read up on the facts.

What You Must Know for Your Missouri DMV Written Test

While many of the details in the Missouri driver's manual can seem irrelevant or insignificant for your driving skills, they are all important for your MO DMV exam.

Examination questions on the driving tests deal with speed limits (checking the speed limit in school zones is a good idea) in Missouri, proper parking distance to intersections and fire hydrants, use of headlights, and the length of a license suspension after certain convictions. Sometimes, you can figure out many of these numbers by trying to think like Missouri lawmakers. The most straightforward strategy is to simply learn them from the handbook and take some additional practice tests.

But all numbers are not equally important. Braking distances and number of fatal accidents caused by alcohol differ. It is enough to have a rough idea about the number. This article can give you some extra insight: Are Numbers Important for the DMV Test?
